Frank has been involved in the private equity industry since 1981 and has broad experience in both fund administration and portfolio management. He is recognized globally as a leader in private equity fund administration.
Prior to co-founding Broadscope, Frank founded Palmeri Fund Administrators, Inc. (PFA), where he served as CEO from its formation in 1991 to its sale in 2007. After State Street Corporation’s acquisition of PFA, Frank served as senior vice president of State Street’s private equity fund services group. Previously, he was vice president at Merrill Lynch & Co. and partner at Merrill Lynch Venture Capital Inc. Frank began his career at Ernst & Young.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton and an MBA from New York University, and is a certified public accountant.
