Jennifer Oberman joined Broadscope in 2018. She is responsible for directing several client teams and assisting senior management to enhance technology processes and accounting controls and procedures. Jennifer also assists with the firm’s client relations and business development.
Prior to joining Broadscope, Jennifer served as a vice president and assistant vice president at State Street Bank & Trust Company, where she managed several accounting teams servicing over 100 private equity and venture capital fund entities. During her tenure with State Street, she also supported senior management with various corporate reporting requirements and regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Jennifer began her accounting career with Bear, Stearns & Co. She joined Palmeri Fund Administrators, Inc. (PFA), which was later acquired by State Street.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from William Paterson University.
