
Kevin is widely regarded as an expert in private equity fund administration and has broad experience consulting with industry professionals on complex tax matters and emerging issues impacting the private equity industry.
Prior to co-founding Broadscope, Kevin served as COO of Palmeri Fund Administrators, Inc. (PFA), from 1998 until the acquisition of PFA by State Street Corporation in 2007. Post-acquisition, Kevin served as senior managing director and COO of State Street’s private equity fund services group, where he led the firm’s private equity and real estate product group in both North America and Asia-Pacific. Kevin began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Kevin graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and is a certified public accountant.
